Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.
To request a return, contact us at sameelchammi4@gmail.com  with your order number.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Certain items, such as personal care products, intimate items, and gift cards, cannot be returned.
